We are delighted to present our latest audiovisual installation project, carried out in the municipality of Feulen, located in the heart of Luxembourg. Feulen is a dynamic municipality that is part of the canton of Diekirch and has over 2,400 residents. Since 2021, the municipality has been committed to constructing a new municipal building to offer modernized services to its citizens. They enlisted CK to modernize the audiovisual installations.
The inauguration of the new Feulen town hall
On Friday, January 24, 2025, the inauguration of the new Feulen town hall took place. It is one of the 17 municipalities certified Gold within the Klimapakt framework.
As part of this project, the municipality wanted to modernize and optimize the audiovisual equipment of community infrastructures to facilitate meetings, events, and official ceremonies. The goals are to enhance user experience and to reduce energy and ecological impact by using cutting-edge, more sustainable technologies.
Thomas Schoos, coordinator of General and International Affairs at the Ministry of Environment, Climate, and Biodiversity (MECB), attended the inauguration. He was able to discover the extent of our installations.
Our various audiovisual installations: :
Skareider Solution Totem: : An outdoor interactive totem has been installed to optimize the municipality's communication with its residents, creating proximity and facilitating information sharing. This solution replaces traditional notice boards.
Screen in the gallery of the new town hall: A screen has been installed in the gallery to display information and interactive content on municipal activities. This kiosk also integrates the Skareider solution.
Meeting rooms: Three meeting rooms are now equipped with Speechi screens and videoconferencing systems, facilitating on-site meetings and remote collaborations.
Wedding hall: For official ceremonies, the wedding hall is equipped with a projection system that includes a projector and screen, as well as a ceiling-integrated sound system. Everything is controlled by a mobile tablet for optimal flexibility.
These installations will improve the quality and efficiency of services offered to Feulen residents while making events and meetings more engaging and interactive.
With the integration of these modern technologies, the municipality of Feulen is now better equipped to meet the communication and collaboration needs of its residents. Furthermore, it integrates more sustainable technologies to align with its ecological ambitions.
