An end-to-end service from CK
To tackle this challenge, CK took charge of the process, from collecting 140 files to returning scanned documents. Each document was cleaned up and prepared before scanning, using equipment tailored to the format. Rigorous 100% quality control was performed to ensure maximum data accuracy. Precisely indexing permissions by year and number enabled more efficient searching and consultation. Finally, the documents were returned to their original condition before being returned to the client. The deliverables were compliant with the requirements of the municipality’s information system, ensuring easy, smooth integration.
Thanks to these efforts, the municipality of Rosport-Mompach now has a full set of easily accessible and usable digital archives. Now that all the historical archives have been turned around, an annual campaign has been implemented to handle and digitise new paper permits, ensuring ongoing document management.
An approach to promote digital transformation
This initiative shows how digitisation can improve the daily work of municipalities by optimising access to information and ensuring that document heritage is preserved. The municipality of Rosport-Mompach is extremely satisfied with the quality of the services provided by CK. In addition to the 2024 annual campaign (40 files / 911 building permits / 20,487 ≤ DIN A3 pages and 498 DIN A0 plans scanned over the summer), this involved 4,800 building permits, 68,000 pages in ≤A3 format and 6,300 plans being scanned in just two months.
The efficient document handling, thorough monitoring and compliant deliverables all fully met their expectations, strengthening the collaboration between the two parties. CK is continuing to help Luxembourg municipalities as they transition to more efficient, better connected services.
