In your opinion, what makes the partnership between Speechi and CK Office Technologies strong? How do our areas of expertise complement each other?

The strength of the partnership between CK and Speechi lies both in the complementarity of the strengths of the two entities and in their shared values. CK’s commitment to customer service close to the ground in Luxembourg is one of the qualities we look for in our partners. The teams have perfect knowledge of the products, and we make it a point of honor to maintain very regular contact and close ties between our teams. The range of products selected by CK also offers strong complementarity with Speechi interactive displays.

The collaborative technology sector is evolving very quickly: how does Speechi anticipate these changes, and what role does innovation play in your strategy?

Innovation, for the user and with the user, is at the heart of Speechi’s strategy. Our Product department, based in northern France, includes engineers constantly engaged in R&D. By subtly combining user needs—identified by our teams and those of our partners such as CK—with disruptive innovations not yet available on the collaborative technology market, we maintain a certain leadership in the field.

In your opinion, what are the next trends to watch in the world of communication and digital collaboration?

In recent years, technological hardware—at least when it comes to interactive displays, Speechi’s core business—has reached a peak in terms of technical features (display, sound, etc.). We can continue to look at hardware to improve energy consumption, production methods, or component recyclability. However, the next trends to watch are primarily software-driven and will skillfully combine AI and user experience.

How important is customer satisfaction to you, and how do you ensure the quality of the user experience?

As a manufacturer/designer of interactive ecosystems, we believe that customer satisfaction is partly our responsibility, as we must design environments that are easy to use and meet the expectations of interactive display users. At Speechi, we ensure the quality of the user experience through the development of Speechi Connect, the first software environment designed to enhance the experience. This user experience is customizable and secure, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

How does Speechi integrate sustainability and responsibility into its innovations?

Speechi has a guiding principle reflected in all its developments: we aim to be a driving force for responsible innovation. Responsible innovation means designing durable, repairable, and inclusive interactive displays; reliable tools capable of reducing the digital divide through smart digital training.
We are also particularly demanding in the selection of the factories we work with, with regular and rigorous inspections.

Finally, what would you like to say to CK on its 80th anniversary?

The entire Speechi team wishes CK a very happy anniversary. This longevity inspires us to achieve the same. We hope to remain your partner for the next 80 years!
