David, can you tell us about your journey at CK and what this new role as head of the Scanning department means to you?
I joined CK in 2006 and have had the opportunity to progress over the years. Initially a scanning operator, I developed my skills in outsourcing and document management. My journey at CK has been marked by major projects, particularly for large financial institutions, insurance companies, as well as Luxembourg state and municipal administrations.
I am honored to take on this new role after several years of growth within the company. Succeeding Joël Clercq, who did a remarkable job for 18 years, is both an honor and a challenge I am ready to tackle. My priority is to remain attentive to our clients' needs while consolidating our market position.
Can you give us an overview of the scanning services we offer and why they are essential for our clients?
Our scanning services aim to digitize our clients' documents, regardless of their nature: from old archives to daily correspondence. This approach allows companies to refocus on their core business while optimizing their document management. We offer archival digitization, invoice and incoming document processing, as well as civil registry indexing, among other services. By utilizing our services, clients benefit from more secure and efficient document management, while reducing costs and increasing productivity.
The team, currently made up of 16 people, operates both in our workshops in Leudelange and directly at our clients' sites, for missions of varying durations. We are equipped to digitize all types of documents, whether they are bound (books, newspapers, registers) or not, in formats up to DIN A0+.
Have you set any goals for the scanning department in the coming months?
My main goal is to continue the development of our services while being attentive to the evolving needs of our clients. I want to strengthen our presence and efficiency, both through our internal solutions and by working directly at our clients' sites. With a dedicated team that is constantly expanding and trained to coordinate digitization projects, I am confident we will continue to provide high-quality services while continuously innovating.
Over the years, CK has built a solid reputation and established itself as a key player in this sector, thanks to many satisfied clients who attest to the quality of its services. My ambition is to maintain this market position.
