Plockmatic Powersquare 160

The new Plockmatic Powersquare 160 makes it possible to print large volume booklets with superior quality. Two-way communication between the printer and the finisher is printed with booklets that set you apart from your competitors.

The Plockmatic Powersquare 160 is a streamlined booklet manufacturing system for high production environments. In a single machine, it combines the four processes: broaching, folding, shaping of the back and trimming to produce books with square backs of up to 160 pages.

It also offers fully automatic adjustments for the size and pagination of booklets, including automatic adjustment of the pitch of the staples according to the thickness of the book. The system is able to process sheets for the production of landscape A4 booklets.

The square back booklets look like a perfect bound book, but with the security of a sewn back. They are flat and easy to pack, stack and handle.
